Job Description

We are seeking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team in Frankfurt on major Data Centre construction projects:

  • Manage overall project cost schedule and budgets.
  • Manage substation projects (midvoltage).
  • Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
  • Analyse track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
  • Run and lead client and other required meetings.
  • Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
  • Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while designbuild changes take place during construction.
  • Review requests for payment.
  • Record occurrence that might result in a claim acting on the clients behalf.
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.

Qualifications :

  • A construction related academic qualification /degree (e.g. construction project management engineering surveying or architecture).
  • Min. 4 years of working experiences in project management for construction projects; experiences in Data Centre constructions preferred.
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations.
  • Strong and professional communication skills with great organization skills ability to multitask.
  • Must have a team attitude be selfmotivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
  • Fluent in English min. B2 German level.
  • Available in Frankfurt area.
