Workload: 100%
Axpo is expanding its renewables business in Germany by developing and managing battery storage projects. Join our team to support the full project cyclefrom identifying sites to securing permitsand gain handson experience in shaping Germanys energy future.
What you will do:
- Support the development of battery projects from site identification to securing all permits
- Collaborate with external development partners
- Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and the battery market in Germany
- Coordinate with grid operators landowners planning authorities and other stakeholders
- Assist in external representation of Axpo Batteries Germany e.g. preparing articles or networking at fairs and conferences
- Conduct site analyses and support due diligence processes
- Manage critical documents and communication with internal and external stakeholders
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in engineering natural sciences business administration or a comparable field
- First work experience through internships or other employment ideally in project management or energyrelated projects
- Strong interest in energy markets and the energy economy
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a structured approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team across multiple locations
- Native German speaker with proficiency in English
