Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Director (m/f/d) for major Data Centre construction projects in Frankfurt. In this role you will act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that our client objectives are not only met but exceeded wherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate high level of quality sustainability and safety standards.
As the Project Director you will oversee manage and lead a team providing the following services:
- Overall Project Management
- Project Controls
- Preconstruction Activities
- Environmental Health & Safety Activities
- Construction Management
- Quality Management
- Commercial Management
- Claims Management
- Procurement
- Project Execution Support
- Project Closeout.
Qualifications :
- University degree in a construction related field
- Extensive experience delivering major projects and/or programmes at least 5 years experiences in the Data Centre Sector
- Experience to include Project Director Construction Director within a PMC EPCM Construction Management Environment or as a General Contractor
- Understanding of project management and project controls methodology
- Proactive meticulous selfmotivated and handson team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
- Fluent English language skills min. B1 German language level.
