Job Description

Main role is to deliver projects across the Philippines and APAC region with expertise in fitout works; potential measurement delivery to other regions

  • Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients including lead tender process.
  • Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate comparative design studies life cycle costing turnover/cash flow projections cost control and cost report during precontract period.
  • To run the procurement process from all stages in prequalification such as quotation enquiry analysis selection and contract preparation
  • Provide Documentation including Tender Document Tender Report Precontract correspondence LOA and contract documents. 
  • To monitor and verifying VO Claims Payment Final Account and attending project meetings.
  • To produce monthly cost reports and financial reporting.
  • Provide CM role proactively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.

Qualifications :

Degree in Quantity surveying cost management project management Electrical Engineering

Candidate must have 5 7 years of experience in related field

Experienced in cost management field and Electrical Engineering

Experience from consultancy background is preferred with data center commercial fitout and retail project experience

Team player with excellent leadership problemsolving skills and able to manage a small team.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation persuade others and mitigate conflict 

Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products ability to build up complex formula in excel is preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
