Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Director of Customer Acquisition to lead our efforts in scaling customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies and optimizing performance across channels. This key leadership role will own customer acquisition efforts focusing on lead generation conversion optimization and driving sustainable growthall from the comfort of your remote workspace.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage Performance Marketing: Oversee multichannel campaigns including affiliate marketing direct mail email SMS social media display paid search and other digital channels.
  • Lead Generation: Optimize lead acquisition strategies to maximize highquality costeffective leads for our lending platform.
  • DataDriven DecisionMaking: Utilize data and analytics to track campaign performance measure ROI and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure alignment on customer acquisition goals and messaging.
  • Budget Management: Manage the acquisition budget ensuring efficient allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming acquisition team fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing and acquisition efforts adhere to regulatory and compliance standards specific to the lending industry.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing customer acquisition or growth marketing preferably in the fintech or lending industry.
  • Deep knowledge of subprime lending markets and customer behavior.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition programs with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads CRM and analytics tools).
  • Excellent data analysis and decisionmaking skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams.
  • Passion for innovation creativity and driving measurable business outcomes.
