ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Osceola School District a vibrant educational community dedicated to fostering academic excellence and innovation is seeking an inspiring leader to serve as its next Superintendent. Located in northeast Arkansas Osceola School District plays a central role in the community supporting the growth and success of its student population. Community Engagement

  • Foster strong relationships with families community organizations and local leaders to build collaborative partnerships that benefit students and the district.
  • Communicate transparently and effectively to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance academic achievement and postsecondary success while supporting the unique needs of all students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational and Experience

  • Education: Masters degree in Educational Leadership Public Administration or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful leadership in a diverse educational setting with experience serving as a superintendent assistant superintendent or in a comparable executive leadership role.
  • Certification: Ability to attain Arkansas Superintendent licensure within 60 days of hire.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The Superintendent of Schools for the Osceola School District will receive a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position reflects the significant responsibilities and leadership required for the role.

In addition to base salary the following benefits will be provided:
