Senior Brand Manager Philippines
The Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in driving brand strategy and execution for the product portfolio. Reporting to the Country Manager this position will lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans with a patientcentric approach rooted in an understanding of the patient journey. Key responsibilities include creating competitive growth strategies managing budget allocations and delivering marketing innovations that align with brand objectives. The role involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate the patient's perspective and journey integrating these insights into marketing efforts
- Develop and lead effective strategic and marketing plans based on patient journey insights ensuring the brand's competitive position
- Create and implement growth strategies by analyzing the scientific landscape exploring new therapies and products assessing competitors and building business cases to support decisionmaking
- Provide marketing leadership and foster innovation throughout the brand lifecycle overseeing brand success and sustainability
- Ensure the brand plan is executed with engaging wellcoordinated operational and tactical activities. Monitor and adapt to market changes to identify and maximize new growth opportunities
- Control the effectiveness of marketing activities implementing corrective actions as needed to meet established objectives
- Inspire and guide crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring value to patients and the healthcare system
- Ensure all brand activities are fully compliant with local regulations company policies and remain patientfocused
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and customers.
- Oversee budget management to optimize brand investment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Degree in medicine business administration or a related field
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical marketing expertise
- Proven record of innovative strategies leading to measurable success
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a resultsdriven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resilient adaptable and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Expertise in building and nurturing relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
