Montu is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development/Key Account Manager. The approach will be ensuring that partners are wellinformed about Montus latest products and offerings aligning these with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics with the best solutions available from Montu (Please note You will be required to travel 34 days on the road for facetoface appointments).
Primary responsibilities include:
Relationship Management
- GP Networking: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with a broad network of GPs to understand their needs and concerns regarding patient care and treatment options.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and maintain a high standard of service.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to manage communications and resolve issues efficiently.
Clinical Support
- Clinical Inquiries: Respond to complex clinical questions and inquiries from GPs providing evidencebased information and support.
- Medical Guidance: Provide guidance on the appropriate use of medications addressing offlabel usage questions and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Product Knowledge and Communication
- Field Insights: Share field insights with the internal teams including medical affairs marketing and R&D to inform product development marketing strategies and educational materials.
- Community Engagement: Participate in the development of strategies and plans for products and therapies within the healthcare professional community.
Commercial and Sales Performance
- Market Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company based on interactions with GPs and knowledge of the GP market.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing sales and regulatory affairs to align medical strategies with business objectives.
- Ongoing Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and longterm relationships.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Generate and present detailed forecasts and plan and present reports on account progress goals and initiatives.
- Achieve Targets: Meet targets for the number of meetings per week satisfaction and sales to support commercial growth.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with strong hunter qualities focusing on their ability to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- 4 experience in key account management highly desirable if you have experience in dealing with General Practitioners or you have a hunter mentality.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy track record of building longstanding influential KOL relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
