YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES :
- You will be involved in the strategic planning in line with the growth and success of Vosker as well as promotional activities monitoring sales targets and forecast.
- Develop and achieve the sales business plan for the business by implementing the strategy managing total trade spend by category and achieving agreed shelf distribution and promotional targets.
- Analyse identify monitor and address specific issues to achieve Vosker goals for sales commercial spend share distribution and operating budgets.
- Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
- Proactively monitor and update the customers overall business plan including managing trade budgets spending and volume to achieve all sales objectives versus plan.
- Drive pre and post promotion evaluation to increase ROI
- Be accountable for the strategic account plan based on internal objectives marketing business development and shopper marketing plans as well as external competitive marketplace issues and opportunities.
- Fluency English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
Qualifications :
THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:
- 5 years as a sales leader with a proven track record of delivering business results within the CPG industry
- Managing P&L and trade spend experience is required
- Effective communication negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers.
- Proficient in gathering data and storytelling to deliver actionable insights.
- Advanced computer skills specifically with MS Word Excel and PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI is an asset.
- Completion of a university degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Solid handson experience in an analytical role previous experience in a financial analysis or a planning role
- Be creative and have a facility for proposing legal solutions that support the companys growth; and
- Be motivated and passionate about excellence innovation and contributing to the companys growth and success.
