Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead crossfunctional teams in delivering highquality scalable software solutions. This role is critical to driving the successful execution of technical projects by combining strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple software development projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time within budget and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software development projects across diverse technology stacks such as React Node.js Ruby on Rails and cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies using agile methodologies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Oversee project scope identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Track and report on project KPIs metrics and milestones to ensure consistent progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact between development teams stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of software development environments including React Ruby on Rails JavaScript and cloud platforms.
- Handson experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD DevOps and microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of version control systems automated testing and API integrations.
