The Delivery Lead Preboarding Services provides daytoday leadership to Preboarding Specialists who coordinate preboarding processes for new hires for both client teams and Cielo internal hires on the Bridge team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing hiring coaching managing and developing employees; planning assigning and directing work.
- Own daily leadership of the team to meet established goals and metrics.
- Coordinate Preboarding Specialist schedules PTO requests and ensure adequate coverage of work volumes.
- Establish regular communications with the team such as 11 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as front line escalation for client and candidate issues/questions; escalate to Manager Preboarding Services or Senior Manager Preboarding Services as appropriate.
- Problem solve and provide best practices and process improvements throughout the Bridge process.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on process.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to audit processes assess trends create reports and tell the story with data.
- Create and run reports including analysis and communication of results.
- Create weekly monthly and quarterly productivity metrics.
- Identify and document process changes such as process maps team structure charts detailed procedures etc.
- Provide and teach Preboarding Specialists We Become You seamless customer support to candidates via phone voicemail and email.
- Ensure the Preboarding Specialists are properly coordinating the functions of the Bridge team including background verification references drug screens and other preboarding tasks as required.
- Utilize critical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions.
- Assist the Manager Preboarding Services to implement and launch preboarding services for new and existing clients.
- Coach mentor and train new and existing Preboarding Specialists.
- Serve as a liaison to client teams regarding escalated issues clarifications and information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Delivery Lead Preboarding Services will lead a team of Preboarding Specialists providing guidance conducting performance reviews and supporting professional growth.

- Experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills is required.
- Previous leadership experience is essential.
Exposure:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Excel
- Strong Communications with stakeholders and internal teams.
