Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients providing outstanding service before during and after their trips. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with travel bookings answering questions resolving concerns and ensuring an overall excellent customer experience. The right candidate will take pride in delivering quality service and be committed to making every clients journey stressfree and enjoyable.


As a Customer Service Specialist you will also help build longterm relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met following up on any unresolved issues and helping them feel confident and supported throughout their travel experience. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that each customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.



Requirements

Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone email and chat.

Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as flights hotels and tours.

Answer questions and offer advice on travel policies destinations and travel documents.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Proactively follow up on customer queries to ensure all matters are fully resolved.

Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends and services to offer informed recommendations to clients.



Key Responsibilities: Corporate Travel Consultation and Support: Respond promptly to business clients inquiries regarding flights, accommodation, and other travel needs. Tailor travel recommendations to meet corporate preferences and budgets. Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other business travel services. Business Travel Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries for corporate trips, ensuring all arrangements align with business requirements. Coordinate with travel vendors to confirm reservations and make necessary adjustments. Documentation and Payment Processing: Ensure that all necessary business travel documents are secured, such as visas or insurance. Manage payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Problem Resolution and Client Care: Address any travel disruptions, providing quick resolutions to issues like flight cancelation or delays. Liaise with vendors to resolve problems and ensure the continuity of corporate travel. Industry Knowledge and Product Expertise: Stay updated on corporate travel trends and services to provide clients with relevant advice. Continuously research new travel products to enhance the corporate travel experience.
