Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are VirtuallyinCredible a company committed to living and loving life. We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us.
We are hiring a Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks specifically QuickBooks cleanups to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of QuickBooks payables receivables and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform QuickBooks cleanup to ensure accurate and uptodate financial records.
- Handle various administrative tasks to support daily operations efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to vendors
- Screen applications to identify qualified candidates or assess relevant documentation.
- Process and record all vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
- Record customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate financial reports using QuickBooks to provide insights into the companys financial health.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain organized and uptodate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks specifically QuickBooks cleanups
- QuickBooks certification is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good American accent
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
- Dependable electricity with power backup available
- At least 8gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
