Youll be based out of The Hoxton Downtown LA and reporting to the Front Office Manager. As Guest Service Supervisor youll be supporting the Front Office and Reception operation to ensure a successful managing the day to day post opening.

Responsibilities:
- Cover Overnight Guest Services Supervisor shifts as a Supervisor on Duty and Night Auditor on the overnight shifts.
- Lead team by example and help them feel empowered and supported. Report any training needs to Front Office Manager.
- Were in it together youll work closely with the Front Office and Restaurants and Bars teams to make sure the overall operation is running smoothly.
- Proactively keep an eye on all of our public area spaces.
- Ensure all guests are quoted the correct rate as per the selling strategy and website.
- To maintain observation over guests and guests property to ensure alerts are kept to a minimum.
- To report any maintenance issues to the correct department and check to ensure the work has been completed.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
