We are seeking a Cyber Operations Planner to play a pivotal role in integrating cyberspace operations into strategic and operational initiatives for USCENTCOM. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) into fullspectrum military planning including OPLANs targeting and mission execution.
- Participate in and provide expert support to USCENTCOM planning teams ensuring cyberspace operations are seamlessly incorporated into DoD strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with the J3Joint Cyber Center and other stakeholders to create refine and synchronize cyber plans policy and capability requirements.
- Conduct Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) planning to support cyberspace operations and enable information dominance including Military Information Support Operations Electronic Warfare and deception.
- Coordinate with key entities such as the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Staff USCYBERCOM and Service Components to ensure alignment with USCENTCOM objectives.
- Lead and participate in crisis action deliberate and contingency planning for joint interagency intergovernmental and multinational operations.
Requirements
Required
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Current DoD 8570.01M Level 1 or higher certification.
- Graduate of the Joint Information/Cyberspace Operations Planner Course.
- A minimum of 3 years of cyber planning experience in a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters the National Security Agency or USCYBERCOM.
Desired
- Strong background in integrating cyber operations into strategic and operationallevel plans.
- Familiarity with coordinating cyber plans and policies with interagency coalition and regional partners.
- Proficiency in Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) campaign planning and exercise design.

Qualifications Required Active TS/SCI Clearance Graduate of the Special Operations Planning Course (SOPC). At least 10 years of experience in the Special Operations Community. Minimum of 3 years working at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters. Desired Expertise in SOF core missions, with strong cognitive problem-solving skills for operational and strategic challenges. Experience coordinating efforts with interagency partners and international allies. Knowledge of FOIA/MDR policies and declassification standards.
