At ATLAS we provide specialized support to military operations by delivering expertise in Special Technical Operations (STO) planning and integration. We are seeking professionals for the STO Planner role to advise on sensitive activities synchronize STO requirements and support USCENTCOM s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Plan synchronize and assess STO requirements within fullspectrum Information Operations (IO).
- Develop and integrate STO SAP and ACCM requirements into campaign strategies plans and orders.
- Lead USCENTCOMsponsored planning integration and implementation efforts involving Component Commands Joint Staff OSD interagency partners and coalition allies.
- Manage the Review and Approval Process (RAP) for STO SAP and sensitive activity CONOPs and plans.
- Provide technical recommendations on JOPP campaign design and critical factors analysis.
Develop and coordinate USCENTCOM Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) plans.
- Ensure adherence to IJSTO regulations for the handling storage and access to STO materials and equipment.
Requirements
Required
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience in STO planning synchronization and assessment within fullspectrum IO operations.
- Background in developing and integrating STO requirements into campaign strategy and plans.
- Completion of the STO Planner s Course and PDAS Users Course.
- Bachelor s degree and at least 2 years of STO experience at a Joint or Geographic Combatant Command Headquarters.
Desired
- Strong expertise in SAP and ACCM integration within joint operational planning.
- Proficiency in JOPP Joint Doctrine and exercise planning techniques.
- Familiarity with coordinating sensitive activities with interagency coalition and regional partners.
