Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Intern at CyberArk you will gain exposure to a B2B enterprise marketing Martech stack and get handson experience defining business processes evaluating software and driving design & development phases of a technology project. Get handson experience working with marketing data helping teams drive personalized and targeted marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology Projects
- Translate Marketing business requirements into actionable plans documenting them in detail
- Support the documentation of business processes using tools like Lucidchart
- Identify opportunities to standardize simplify & automate processes and system configurations
- Help to project manage Marketings active technology projects being driven in partnership with IT (with a focus on adoption of GenAI solutions)
- Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure projects remain ontime
- Marketing Data
- Assist in the maintenance and enrichment of our marketing database
- Help to normalize & standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency of usage
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data is being leveraged effectively

Qualifications :
- A successful Marketing intern will be enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program or relevant certificate program
- Must be a curious and enthusiastic problemsolver
- Must be willing to collaborate and practice independent work as well as learn and practice new industryspecific marketing & operations skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Smart bold and humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues
