Job Description
Job summary:
1.Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends competitive opportunities and new business channels.
- Oversee company branding brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and differentiation in the marketplace.
2.Team Management & Development:
- Build mentor and lead a highperforming global marketing team fostering collaboration innovation and excellence.
- Drive accountability and performance through regular oneonones team meetings and skill development opportunities.
- Act as a coach and guide to team members helping them align their work with the overall marketing and business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team including content creators graphic designers digital marketers and campaign managers.
- Provide clear constructive and actionable feedback on marketing content including blogs articles social media posts email campaigns and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the web developer to manage and improve the company s website ensuring optimal performance user experience (UX) and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Guide website enhancements including design updates new feature integrations and content updates to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Establish and refine processes for content creation review and approval to maintain highquality standards.
3.Digital & Content Marketing:
- Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM social media email campaigns and analytics.
- Oversee content strategy and creation to position Staff Domain as a thought leader in offshoring solutions.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines resonates with target audiences and achieves campaign objectives.
4.Website Management & Optimization:
- Work closely with the web developer to manage ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
- Analyze website performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance site speed navigation and usability.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and mobile responsiveness to maximize organic traffic and lead conversions.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of landing pages and microsites for marketing campaigns.
5.Performance Metrics & ROI:
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion ensuring marketing ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Network Building:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Present insights progress and results to executive teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- 710 years of experience in Marketing demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Has contributed to marketing projects for international companies. (AU preferred)
- Has strong understanding of how to leverage HubSpot.
- Have a solid understanding of SEO SEM PPC and how to implement monitor and come up with creatives for these.
- Confidence backed up with action a doer not a designator.
- Can lead a team motivate them and keep them accountable.
- Quick to action results based performance driven.
- Will lead a very small team so needs to be very hands on.
- Native/excellent English speaker.
- Experience in using Hyros software is advantageous.
- Digital marketing certification is a plus.
- Amenable to work full onsite in Ortigas Pasig.
