As we continue to grow we are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist to expand our thought leadership and social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a fullyremote position allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines.
Role Overview: The Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content that enhances the personal brands of six executives and Full Scale s corporate presence across various social media platforms. This role is pivotal in driving growth engagement and conversion through innovative content strategies and leveraging AI tools for efficient content creation.
Develop and execute social media content strategies for six executives social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Instagram Threads TikTok Facebook X and YouTube.
Create and manage content for a thought leadership presence on social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Instagram Threads TikTok Facebook X and YouTube.
Engage with followers through comments and direct messages on executive profiles to foster meaningful connections.
Create and manage content for Full Scale s corporate pages on Instagram TikTok Facebook and YouTube.
Ensure consistency in tone messaging and branding across all platforms.
Repurpose longform content (e.g. blog posts videos podcasts) into multiple content types suitable for various channels.
Create a mix of growth engagement and conversionfocused content across different formats (e.g. videos carousels infographics).
Rely heavily on AI tools for content ideation creation and optimization.
Design and implement systems for streamlined content flow and scheduling.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Proven experience in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms.
Proven experience with AI content creation tools and techniques (e.g. Claude ChatGPT).
Exceptional writing storytelling and editing skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience working with tools such as Monday Claude and Go High Level is a plus.
Ability to work US hours is highly preferred.
Growth in follower count and engagement on executive and corporate social media profiles.
Increased brand visibility and recognition through thought leadership content.
Effective repurposing of longform content into highperforming multiplatform content.
Timely and consistent posting across all assigned channels.
Positive feedback from executives and stakeholders on content quality and impact.
