Assist affiliates during the onboarding process including registration and account setup.
Provide prompt and effective communication with affiliates addressing external inquiries and conveying internal concerns.
Maintain and update internal and external documentation such as FAQs.
Follow established guidelines and processes to ensure efficient affiliate support.
Coordinate with various teams to meet affiliate needs accurately and timely.
Deliver clear concise and reliable reports on all activities to key stakeholders.
Troubleshoot issues including technical and salesrelated problems.
Perform routine tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Excellent proficiency in English.
Familiarity with media buying models (CPM CPC CPA CPL RS etc.) is highly advantageous.
Curiosity and aptitude for technical tools and concepts related to affiliate marketing.
Strong criticalthinking and basic mathematical skills.
Comfortable with adult content.
Passion for affiliate marketing technology and digital innovation.
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in multitasking
Highly beneficial to have experience in affiliate marketing customer support or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
