Tasks
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team assigning tasks providing support and ensuring high performance.
- Finance Transformation: Drive process automation ERP system integration (SAP) and financial reporting improvements.
- Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting adhering to IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Compliance & Control: Implement and monitor internal controls ensuring regulatory and tax compliance across markets.
- Audit Management: Oversee internal and external audits ensuring full compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Provide financial insights to senior management supporting mergers acquisitions and business decisions.
Requirements
- Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IFRS local taxation and compliance requirements.
- Finance Transformation: Experience with SAP integration process automation and financial system enhancements.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial processes with business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Communication & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Experience: 1015 years in finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Professional accounting accreditation (e.g. ACA ACCA).
- Detailoriented with a handson and organized approach.
