We are currently looking for a well experienced Game Designer to join our team of designers and work on our live hypercasual and hybridcasual games.
What you will do:
- You will create high level feature concepts and pitch them to the team.
- You will define and scope feature details and tailor them to the product needs.
- You will work and communicate within a crossfunctional team.
- You will take ownership and share your vision for the game.
- You will analyze competitors and be in touch with the latest trends in the freetoplay mobile market.
- You will use our tracking tools to checkin on the performance of the features you have implemented.
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Mobile Game Design.
- You have an understanding and passion for Hyper Casual and Hybrid Casual Games.
- Feature Design. Advanced experience in concepting cohesive features showing a deep understanding of game systems and their effect on game balance.
- Nice to have: Expertise in prototyping and ideation with a focus on (Hyper Casual) Game Mechanics.
- Proactivity. You are able to work selfsufficiently and get feedback from your peers and stakeholders.
- Good command of English as this is the official language in Sunday
