Job Summary

We are looking for someone to anchor the operation of awareness for Life initiative. You will be responsible for handling the work stream of the support team helping in monthly/weekly planning and strategizing through new channels for scaleup.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and scaling up the stream of partners/conglomerates through engagement with CHROs/CMDs/CEOs to meet the spurt in demand.
• Supporting in increasing the contribution of Doctors Hospitals nursing homes engaged through DRFHE (Dr. Reddys Foundation for Health Education) to contribute positively to the GG India revenue.
• Developing and executing training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales and operations team.
• Collaborating with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets and growing the pharmaceutical business.
• Driving business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth expansion and strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Analyzing market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Generating and analyzing reports metrics and data related to training effectiveness sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification

A degree in pharmacy/medicine/science along with a Post Graduate in Management

Minimum Experience Required

10 years of experience in sales marketing event management or healthcare

Skills & Attributes Technical Skills

• 35 years of experience in activation and liaising will be preferable.
• Indepth understanding of the pharma business sales and marketing processes.
• Proven skills in critical thinking assessment and analysis; strong competency in conceptualizing and designing strategic frameworks.
• Indepth understanding of business models and service design and delivery.
• Experience in Training.
• Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Outlook.
• Some experience in publications in the form of articles blogs or books.
