As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will assist the outlet management team with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant.
Duties
- Support the F&B outlet management team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Foster a lively and welcoming dining atmosphere for guests.
- Drive sales growth yearoveryear while minimizing servicerelated complaints.
- Implement training programs for team members to enhance performance.
- Manage scheduling for all servicerelated team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Enforce company and departmental grooming standards among team members.
- Participate in the companys monthly Goals & Measurements Program.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises team members in the location.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
- Planning assigning and directing work.
- Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
