Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled L1/L2 Support Engineers to join our team and provide exceptional support for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) and .NET applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MSCRM .NET framework SQL Server SSIS SSRS and deployment methodologies.
Responsibilities:
L1 Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming support requests.
- Triage and categorize incoming incidents.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues related to MSCRM .NET applications SQL Server SSIS and SSRS.
- Escalate complex issues to Dev Team support as needed.
L2 Support:
- Diagnose and analyze the complex technical issues related to MSCRM .NET applications SQL Server SSIS and SSRS.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues with dev team.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) and its core components.
- Proficiency in .NET framework (C# ASP.NET Web API etc.).
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server including database design TSQL SSIS and SSRS.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET is preferred.
