Ideal for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or a seasoned Property Manager looking for a great brand with defined career progression. This position will give you a team focused role with a workload capped to your skillset within a happy and sociable environment.
Requirements
- People focused / Strong ethics (a business focused on service over speed)
- Some recent exposure to residential property management (experience managing a portfolio or as an assistant property manager)
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or be within the process of completion
- Driving license
- Strong presentation
- Strong and adaptable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Console Cloud or Property Me preferred but not essential
