We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to take our sales operations to the next level. In this role you will lead and inspire a team of talented Sales Executives craft and execute effective sales strategies and ensure we meet and exceed our ambitious revenue goals. What your day will look like:
- Recruit onboard train and mentor a highperforming team of Sales Executives.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment to drive team success.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals strategies and performance updates.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the sales team effectively communicates value propositions and closes deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to nurture strong lasting client relationships.
- Oversee highvalue deals and assist in negotiations when needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to guide the team.
- Set clear individual and team KPIs.
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop action plans to address under performance and ensure consistent team growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the B2B industry with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of Sales Executives.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate coach and develop a highperforming sales team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
- A resultsdriven mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
