Accounting Manager
Pleasanton CA $130000 $135000/year Direct FullTime Onsite Construction
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be a strong handson accounting leader that has prior experience as an Accounting Manager managing a team of direct reports.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be a strong handson accounting leader that has prior experience as an Accounting Manager managing a team of direct reports.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Accurately prepare financial reports including P&L and cash flow reports as needed
- Credit card reconciliations
- Accurately review the balance sheet and P&L accounts as needed
- Provide assistance for yearly budgeting and forecasting efforts of the company
- Work directly with thirdparty accounting firms to ensure the accuracy of financial reports and statements
- Approve and support the work of the accounting team
- Prepare adhoc reports as requested
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting finance or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in general accounting
- Prior experience managing a team required
- Prior experience working in the construction industry required
- Experience using Quickbooks required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
