Job Title: Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate all Facilities activities work direction and support systems. Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
Description
Preparation and Timely submission of costing sheets & purchase authorization in M files. Maintain all records (Hard & Soft copy) and various trackers (Pipeline Master tracker Proposals submitted PO tracker invoice trackers aging tracker PPM registers CM registers).
Daily reporting to the Line Manager
Attending Helpdesk calls whenever required. Coordination & scheduling with Subcontractors and Supervisors for daily tasks.
Requirements :
5 Years Middle East experience in similar role.
Degree in any discipline. FM related certificates will be added advantage
