Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in empowering our partners by conducting onboarding sessions, providing support for queries and escalations, rolling out new features, and creating training materials. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with tech teams to address bugs, sharing partner feedback for product enhancement, and ensuring high partner satisfaction while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

(Some of) What you will be doing:

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions to ensure partners are confident using the portal.
  • Provide ongoing support to resolve partner queries and escalations related to dashboards and partner devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with tech teams to identify and escalate bugs.
  • Gather and communicate partner feedback to internal teams to enhance the product.
  • Roll out new features to partners and educate them on their usage and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain training materials tailored to partner needs.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with partners, tech teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must for this role.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging training materials and present them effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Desired candidate profile


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in training, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, dashboards, and device management is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and access to a car are required for this role.
Training and Development Expertise:

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing training programs.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and various instructional methods.
Ability to assess training needs and align them with organizational goals.
Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to deliver training sessions clearly and engagingly.
Project Management:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using project management software or tools.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:

Ability to analyze training needs and come up with effective solutions.
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as necessary.
