Job Overview:
We re looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to assist with migrating data to Microsoft 365 and provide enduser training and support on key applications like Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint. You ll also offer firstlevel technical support for hardware software and network issues troubleshoot devices manage user accounts and help with basic IT security tasks. Responsibilities:
Migration Support:
- Assist with migrating data (emails files etc.) to Microsoft 365.
- Provide enduser training and support on Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint).
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365related issues and escalate complex problems when needed
System Support:
- Offer firstlevel technical support for hardware software and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
- Install configure and maintain software applications.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist with network maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Document support activities in a ticketing system.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software.
- Perform basic IT security tasks such as password resets and virus scans.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint).
- Previous experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices including password management and virus protection.
- Experience with system maintenance including installing configuring and updating software.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with end users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and inventory management.
