Job Description
- Experience : Minimum of 1015 years of experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Role:
- Develop a deep understanding of QMPs strategic and value creation plans with a specific focus on sales initiatives.
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan for HON supermarkets foodservice/HORECA and other sales channels aligned with QMPs longterm objectives.
- Lead the existing sales team including retail and merchandizing teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and prospect for new potential markets including fastfood outlets trolley sales smokie vendors and similar outlets.
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to coordinate and support the implementation of value creation initiatives and other business projects.
- Translate corporate objectives into business plans and budgets manage plan execution across departments and build superior working relationships to drive performance.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth sales expansion and market share gains.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a strategic mindset and problemsolving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the Kenyan market and the meat industry would be advantageous
