What You Will Do:
- Research and outreach to potential content partners on Threads Instagram and other social platforms.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that optimize reach engagement and traffic generation.
- Continuously analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities on emerging social platforms.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with content partners ensuring mutual value and performance optimization.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring they understand expectations deliverables and performance goals.
- Provide ongoing support and insights to help partners improve their contents performance.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships using traffic and engagement data.
- Generate performance reports identifying successes weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the analytics and monetization teams to align partnership strategies with revenue goals.
What We Expect: - 3 years of experience in partnerships influencer marketing social media growth or digital content distribution.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing content partnerships that drive traffic and engagement.
- Strong understanding of Threads Instagram Twitter (X) and other emerging social platforms from a partnership perspective.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals with content creators influencers or media partners.
- Strong analytical mindset ability to interpret traffic data engagement metrics and optimize partnerships accordingly.
- Deep knowledge of social media algorithms trends and engagement tactics to maximize reach.
- Solid project management skills ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without losing efficiency.
- Creative problem solver ability to identify innovative ways to grow Bored Pandas audience through partnerships.
