Job Description
SEE a global leader in packaging solutions seeks an exceptional Plant Director to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement at our Jaguarina Brazil facility. As a key member of our leadership team you will inspire and engage employees optimize processes and ensure policies and procedures are followed to deliver highquality products on time and in an ecofriendly manner.

Proven expertise in operations management supply chain people management strategic direction financial management and analytics is essential.
Education
A bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management or a related field is required.
Experience
Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role is necessary. You should have a strong background in managing teams budgeting strategic planning resource allocation and human resources. Familiarity with industrystandard equipment and technical expertise is also expected.
Skills
Excellent team building decisionmaking and people management skills are crucial. You should be knowledgeable about safety quality productivity demand creation inventory and stewardship processes. The ability to create accountability and lead by example is essential.
