Job Description
- Lead a team of internal strategists dedicated to a specific Wonderful Company business unit.
- Work directly with business leadership to identify and set longterm strategic priorities as well as taking initiative to address critical shortterm needs.
- Support the development and execution of sophisticated strategic plans through team and resource management project planning relationship management and executive communications.
- Collaborate across functions levels and groups (e.g. Insights Marketing Finance Operations) to drive growth and reduce waste.
- Push key growth operational technological and organizational improvements forward and hold teams accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with leadership at business units.
- Manage a full portfolio of projects and prioritize work.
- Manage and mentor internal team members.
- Participate in ongoing skill development and leadership training.
- Travel occasionally to specified counties for direct collaboration with business partners.
Travel Required: Occasional travel to San Joaquin Valley (Kern Kings Tulare Fresno Counties) Napa Sonoma and San Luis Obispo Counties. These day trips can be up to 20% of the time (1 day per week).

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1015 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting operations finance or related fields.
- Experience in consumer products heavily preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience managing teams and developing junior employees.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree from preferred.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills especially in ambiguous or undefined situations.
- Proactive selfstarter attitude with a track record of taking initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Pay Rate: $220000 $235000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
