The mission of the Sales Manager is to lead Doctoralias commercial team by establishing strategies and enabling teams performance. This includes achieving the sales budget for the country both in individual sales and clinic agenda (CA).
The main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring the commercial targets of the sales team.
- Managing the commercial team monitoring key indicators.
- Developing strategies with the team to achieve results.
- Tracking the pipeline generated by the team.
- Training Team Leaders to ensure the achievement of results.
- Certifying and ensuring that the commercial team uses the sales tools throughout the entire process.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and midlevel management (coordinators team leaders supervisors etc.)
- Proven track record of results
- Transferable industries (startups fintech fastpaced environments)
- Advanced English level
- Experience with CRM management
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and more)
- Living in Bogot or nearby areas
