Job Description

Cascade Headway Consulting Company is looking for an IT Sales Associate to join our team. In this role you will help us sell IT services and solutions to businesses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs explain how our technology solutions can help them and guide them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and nurture leads to convert them into sales.

Engage with potential clients through calls and meetings presenting our software solutions.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection and stay committed to sales goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates.

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and competitors to help improve sales strategies.

Requirements

Strong ability to convince and close deals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work diligently under pressure.

Eagerness to learn about software and technology.

Interest or experience in technology and IT solutions.

Resilience in facing challenges and rejections.

Graduation in Computer Application Business Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
