The Associate Software Developer (DEV L1) contributes to coding and developing features (MERN Stack) for our inhouse product emphasizing continuous skill improvement. They collaborate with senior developers troubleshoot and debug code participate in code reviews and maintain highquality standards A positive learning attitude they play a vital role in our development teams success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coding and Development:
Should be able to code and develop the features for our inhouse product.
They are encouraged to proactively improve their skills to effectively handle highly complex tasks.
Should be aware of Github Principles.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Linux).
Participate actively in design and code reviews & follow smart processes that enable the delivery of quality software with high velocity and ensure that team members understand and follow processes.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Linux).
Collaboration and Learning:
Should collaborate with senior developers and crossfunctional teams to expand your knowledge.
Strong problemsolving and followup skills; must be proactive and take initiative
Actively engage in team discussions and learning sessions.
Debugging and Troubleshooting:
Should have an understanding of identifying and resolving bugs issues and technical challenges.
Should improve proactively to learn the techniques for troubleshooting and debugging code.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Should proactively improve his coding skills to ensure adherence to best practices
Contribute to maintaining highquality standards in our development processes.
Documentation:
Document code processes and procedures to support a welldocumented codebase.
Write clean welldocumented code adhering to industry best practices.
Requirements:
02 years of experience in Software development (MERN)
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Positive attitude towards learning.
Education
Graduation
