As a collaborative and innovative HR professional the Manager People & Culture you bring proven experience in the higher education or public sector. You will excel in working closely with leadership playing a fundamental role in driving HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. With a keen understanding of People Strategy youre adept at designing and implementing innovative People & Culture programs that drive organizational success. This position is responsible for the administration of People & Culture programs policies and initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation organizational policies and collective agreements.
Youll supervise a dynamic team lead key HR functions and contribute to fostering an equitable workplace culture. Your leadership style is collaborative and your consulting approach is customeroriented helping academic portfolios excel in education and patient care.
