Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) DSA Vertical
Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up to 16.95 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive LAP sales through DSA channels and achieve branch targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
Lead and mentor the branch team to meet performance benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of LAP sales experience.
Proven expertise in managing DSA channels and achieving targets.
Strong leadership interpersonal and analytical skills.
