Tasks

As our Sales Hunter for North America youll be a key player in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. Youll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the US and Canada.
  • Building relationships with potential clients through a variety of channels including cold calling email outreach and networking.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiating and closing deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Travelling to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed. (Note: fairly significant travel is expected and we provide comprehensive support to make your trips productive and enjoyable.)

Requirements

  • Experience in Flexo: We need you to know the market (not the products that can be taught!) to hit the ground running
  • A Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
  • A Problem Solver: Youre resourceful adaptable and able to overcome objections with creative solutions.
  • A SelfManager: Youre highly organised selfmotivated and able to manage your time effectively while working independently.
  • A Team Player: Youre collaborative and enjoy working with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
