Mission:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Equity Check as Employee #1 and take ownership of the sales and business development lifecycle currently managed by our CEO. We’re seeking a selfstarter with proven sales acumen who thrives in building relationships and driving results.
Reporting directly to the CEO this role provides access to highvalue investors and decisionmakers at leading private equity firms and real estate platforms. It’s ideal for someone eager to grow their network influence and impact in the commercial real estate space.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and intrapreneur capable of building systems processes and partnerships that enhance efficiency and inform key business decisions. Initially you’ll focus on closing and winning new business with the role quickly evolving into a playercoach position where you’ll lead a team shape the company’s strategic vision and manage key relationships to drive growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure investment commitments from our established investor database.
Build and lead a highperforming sales team by exemplifying the strategies and practices needed to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications:
Experience in commercial real estate investing investment models/ returns and selling to individual investors and HNWIs a plus.
8 years of experience in business development sales and/or marketing preferred.
57 Years of rescent experience managing a team.
Proficient in CRM preferrably HubSpot .
Process and data driven
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
