Mission:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Equity Check as Employee #1 and take ownership of the sales and business development lifecycle currently managed by our CEO. We’re seeking a selfstarter with proven sales acumen who thrives in building relationships and driving results.

Reporting directly to the CEO this role provides access to highvalue investors and decisionmakers at leading private equity firms and real estate platforms. It’s ideal for someone eager to grow their network influence and impact in the commercial real estate space.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and intrapreneur capable of building systems processes and partnerships that enhance efficiency and inform key business decisions. Initially you’ll focus on closing and winning new business with the role quickly evolving into a playercoach position where you’ll lead a team shape the company’s strategic vision and manage key relationships to drive growth.


Requirements:
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):

  1. Lead Contact/ Prospecting Metrics
    1. Initial Outreach Touches (In person/ Google Meet/ Phone) 25/week
      1. Dials 50/day
      2. Emails 50/day
      3. Texts daily
      4. Social Media / LinkedIn 100 connections/ week
  2. Meetings 25/ week
  3. Deals won $4M monthly
  4. Client (investor) acquisition rate 20%
  5. Sales Cycle Length
  6. Customer Satsifaction Score
  7. Team Performance Metrics

Objectives:

  • Cultivate relationships with investors at varying experience levels by effectively prospecting and showcasing Equity Check's value proposition. Identify their ideal investment outcomes and present a tailored selection of the investment opportunities we represent
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure investment commitments from our established investor database.

  • Build and lead a highperforming sales team by exemplifying the strategies and practices needed to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Build existing networks and relationships with referral partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with investor leads generated through marketing efforts converting them into committed investment opportunities.
  • Conduct highvolume investor outreach and prospecting to build a robust pipeline while documenting each investor's decisionmaking timeline and journey in the CRM.
  • Identify new markets and marketing opportunities to cultivate new leads and investor relationships.
  • Oversee the communication of investment status updates to investors while managing and incorporating feedback across internal and external teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide leadership with progress and performance updates outlining clear priorities for enhancing existing processes and building on current successes.
  • Recruit train manage and lead a team to execute the playbooks and processes you design and continuously refine.
  • Work crossfunctionally with leadership marketing and external investor relations.
  • Ability to understand key investment models and the financial returns associated with each.
  • Ability to make realtime decisions in the best interests of investors and align efforts with outcomes that drive value for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial real estate investing investment models/ returns and selling to individual investors and HNWIs a plus.

  • 8 years of experience in business development sales and/or marketing preferred.

  • 57 Years of rescent experience managing a team.

  • Proficient in CRM preferrably HubSpot .

  • Process and data driven

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Fulltime remote salaried position: $120000 per year quarterly bonuses
    • Conservative OTE: $250000 per year
