Minimum of 20 years of experience in business development within the construction sector in the GCC region specifically KSA. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Responsibilities:
1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry within the Saudi Arabian market.
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
3) Lead the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
4) Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive activities and potential areas for business growth.
5) Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients.
6) Negotiate and finalize business contracts agreements and partnerships to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
7) Track and report on business development activities progress and results to senior management.
8) Stay updated on industry best practices market trends and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
9) Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
10) Strong understanding of the construction industry market dynamics and business opportunities in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
11) Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and decision makers.
12) Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
13) Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
14) Resultsoriented and targetdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding business development targets and objectives.
