Who We Need

A salesdriven professional with a strong ability to build relationships close deals and generate revenue. Experience in retained search executive recruiting or HR solutions sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach

    • Identify and engage hiring managers HR leaders and executives.
    • Use email LinkedIn and referrals to build and maintain relationships.
    • Develop and execute multitouch outreach campaigns to drive engagement and book discovery calls.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition

    • Conduct discovery calls to assess client hiring and HR needs.
    • Position Ten Solutions as a strategic partner for talent acquisition and HR services.
    • Present and negotiate pricing for retained search and HR solutions.
    • Convert leads into longterm client partnerships.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth

    • Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot or Instantly.
    • Track weekly and monthly outreach metrics including calls emails and booked meetings.
    • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consistent client acquisition and deal progression.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of B2B sales experience in executive recruiting or HR services.
  • Proven track record in selling highticket services.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfmotivated and independent with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools.
