Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive and clientfocused Customer Success Manager with a strong background in SaaS hospitality or proptech industries. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API integration upselling and crossselling. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring their success while identifying opportunities to expand the value of the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong track record of upselling and crossselling within a B2B environment.
• Experience in the hospitality software property technology or similar industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clientfirst approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with property management software or IoTbased solutions.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a knack for understanding client needs.
