Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of innovative property management solutions designed for the hospitality and vacation rental industries. Their platform integrates cuttingedge hardware and software offering keyless entry automation tools and seamless property management to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and clientfocused Customer Success Manager with a strong background in SaaS hospitality or proptech industries. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API integration upselling and crossselling. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring their success while identifying opportunities to expand the value of the company’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • API Integration: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs.
  • Upselling and CrossSelling: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process ensuring they understand and maximize the platform’s offerings.
  • Basic Tech Support: Provide remote or occasional onsite technical support to clients including API integration troubleshooting technical assistance training and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment.

• Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting.

• Strong track record of upselling and crossselling within a B2B environment.

• Experience in the hospitality software property technology or similar industries.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clientfirst approach.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with property management software or IoTbased solutions.

• Strong problemsolving skills and a knack for understanding client needs.

Compensation and Benefits:
