Job Description

*Overview:*

Cluster Economic Consulting specializing in trading training and account management is seeking an Administrative and Marketing Secretary to join our team. If you possess strong organizational skills and experience in marketing and customer communication we welcome your application.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Account Management:*

Review trading accounts and communicate with clients for statements as needed.

Ensure all required account information is completed.

2. *Client Communication:*

Engage with current and prospective clients to present the companys products and services.

Provide immediate support to clients and respond to their inquiries.

3. *Customer Database Management:*

Record and regularly update customer information using CRM systems.

Monitor customer status regarding subscriptions and training courses.

4. *Marketing Campaign Management:*

Implement and track the companys marketing campaigns and provide performance reports including proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.

Send email communications related to courses and offers.

5. *Course Organization via Zoom:*

Prepare and organize training sessions on platforms like Zoom and ensure attendance tracking.

Provide necessary technical support to trainees during sessions.

6. *Subscription Management:*

Monitor client subscriptions and ensure payments are made and updated as necessary.

Send reminders related to subscription renewals or expirations.

7. *Marketing and Sales Support:*

Assist in executing marketing strategies and promoting the companys products and services.

Follow up with potential clients and provide marketing offers and available services.

*Requirements:*

Previous experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar role.

Background in marketing and customer relations.

Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer data management.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.

Ability to organize time effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with communication tools such as Zoom and email.
