Sustainability and ESG Manager

• Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, goals, and targets in alignment with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead the integration of sustainability principles into business operations, processes, and decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct ESG assessments and identify material ESG risks and opportunities for the company. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage the company's ESG reporting process, including the preparation of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and responses to sustainability questionnaires and surveys.
• Monitor and track key sustainability and ESG performance indicators, analyze trends, and report findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and community partners, to promote transparency and collaboration on sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and standards related to sustainability and ESG, and provide guidance on their implications for the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with departments such as operations, finance, human resources, and marketing to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance through the implementation of best practices, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the company in external forums, conferences, and industry associations to showcase sustainability leadership and share best practices.

Your Technical Background:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of O&G experience in sustainability, ESG management, corporate responsibility, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and relevant regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability and ESG strategies, initiatives, and programs.
• Certification in sustainability (e.g., CSR-P, GSCP, LEED) is a plus.
