Job Description
Un Analista de calidad ejecuta y da seguimiento al sistema de calidad (Control de Calidad / Aseguramiento de calidad Auditoria) para la auditora en Mxico.
Brinda soporte a la optimizacin del proceso operativo reduciendo variabilidad y ejecuta de manera proactiva proyectos con excelencia para mejorar el costo y/o la eficiencia del proceso; adems de garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores del rea.
Responsabilidades
1. Ejecuta el desarrollo estandarizacin cumplimiento y seguimiento de KPIs globales y operacionales
2. Desarrolla documentacin confiable de procedimientos y estndares tcnicos (SOPs)
3. Brinda seguimiento garantizando el estndar de los indicadores documentacin tcnica y auditoria as como los planes de accin de auditoras
4. Implementa desarrolla proyectos de productividad y/o reduccin de costos.
Qualifications :
Escolaridad mnima Preferentemente Ing. industrial Matemticas Actuara o afines Mnimo 3 aos de experiencia en roles de Calidad
Manejo de paquetera Microsoft Office
Conocimientos Estadsticos interpretacin de indicadores
Conocimientos de sistemas de calidad y productividad ciclo PDCA Indicadores estandarizacin de procesos elaboracin y seguimiento de planes de accin
Manejo de Base de Datos.
Conocimientos en Six sigma Lean Manufacturing Project management.
Ingls Intermedio avanzado
Alta Capacidad de anlisis: presentaciones ejecutivas conocimientos estadsticos bsicos definicin generacin e interpretacin de KPIs gestin de proyectos
