Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst to support their USbased corporate team. This role will contribute to executing the companys critical priorities. The role requires a dynamic and analytical individual who is eager to take ownership of tasks and projects and can operate independently. The ideal candidate is smart analytical responsive reliable possesses strong organizational skills and enjoys working on many items at once.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leverage to the leadership team by independently owning tasks related to key business activities. This may include:
Researching and making recommendations on ad hoc strategic and operational topics
Searching for and engaging vendors
Creating social media content and publishing models
Coordinating staff activities such as onboarding sales demo team members
Analyzing customer data sets
Over time independently lead and execute smallscale projects.
Qualifications :
College degree or equivalent demonstrated abilities.
2 years of experience in a businessrelated role in a professional business environment(e.g. Strategy & Operations Marketing Sales Account Management).
Fluent in English with the ability to engage in professional conversations.
Strong proficiency in productivity tools including Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Airtable and design tools like Figma/Canva. Able to learn new tools quickly).
Ability to synthesize ideas into presentable text and create highquality slides.
Strong written communication skills for emails and internal messaging.
Basic to intermediate quantitative skills (e.g. spreadsheetbased modeling and data analysis).

A plus:
Familiarity or interest in the food or agriculture industry
Experience working in dynamic (nonrepetitive) and collaborative roles such as project management or business operations at a startup.
