Como Jr Payroll Analyst para Nielseniq administrars tareas y tendrs responsabilidades relacionadas con el proceso de la nmina en Mxico y posibilidad de colaborar para otros pases de Latinoamrica.
Responsabilidades:
- Estars a cargo del proceso completo de finiquitos liquidaciones y jubilaciones desde preclculos clculos contabilizacin solicitud de flujo de efectivo pago y emisin del CFDI.
- Administrars la prestacin del fondo de ahorro desde el descuento en la nmina el envo de saldos al proveedor validacin control de saldos enviados y por recuperar.
- Gestionars el proceso de aportaciones voluntarias al plan de pensiones desde el ingreso a la nmina para descuento control de saldos envo al proveedor y el seguimiento al pago cuando una persona con este beneficio sale de la compaa.
- Sers responsable del proceso de pago de vales de despensa y gasolina desde la validacin en nmina pago de factura al proveedor seguimiento a la transferencia y entrega de tarjetas.
Qualifications :
- Estudios: Profesional en Contadura Administracin de empresas Ingeniera industrial.
- Experiencia de ms de un ao demostrable en nmina.
- Conocimiento de la ley federal del trabajo ley del ISR IMSS e Infonavit.
- Excel: intermedio avanzado.
- Skills necesarios: Comunicacin trabajo en equipo anlisis y organizacin orientacin al detalle orientacin al logro iniciativa habilidad numrica. Seguimiento a pendientes y servicio al cliente.
